The experience
A magical Father Christmas experience in Surrey
Father Christmas will be in his woodland cabin from Friday 27 November until Friday 18 December 2026.
This Christmas, Father Christmas returns to his woodland cabin at Ottershaw Christmas Tree Farm.
Follow the lights through the Christmas trees and discover his cosy woodland grotto, hidden amongst the woods just outside Ottershaw, near Chertsey and Woking in Surrey.
Children can meet Father Christmas in his cabin and receive a Christmas gift, making a visit to the farm an extra-magical part of the family's Christmas tradition.

- Around 30 minutes Allow around half an hour for the whole experience, including arrival and your visit to the grotto.

Find us on the A320 in Ottershaw, approximately one mile from Junction 11 of the M25 towards Woking.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated spot. On arrival, follow the signs for the Father Christmas experience and check in as directed. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Accessibility
The grotto is located in a natural woodland setting. There are no stairs, but the ground may be uneven or muddy. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us before visiting and we'll be happy to advise.
What to expect
Follow the path through the Christmas trees to Father Christmas's woodland cabin. The experience takes around 30 minutes and takes place partly outdoors, so please dress appropriately for winter weather.
Our woodland Santa's Grotto is a seasonal experience within Ottershaw Christmas Tree Farm.

The farm also sells Christmas trees from the site, including Norway Spruce, Nordmann Fir and Blue Spruce. Coffee and waffles are available.
